Place and Manage ILL Requests

You can convert a single or multiple hold requests to ILL requests from the Patron Record workform. When a hold request is converted to an ILL request, the ILL request appears in the ILL Request workform and the ILL view of the patron record, and the hold request is deleted.

ILL Requests can be received, exported, canceled, returned, or deleted from the ILL Request workform or the ILL view of the Patron Record.
